This public consultation will be used to inform the final design of the scheme. We are therefore keen to hear your views on the draft proposals.  

Please note the deadline for comments is Friday 23rd October.

We will take your comments into account in the proposals that will form the application.

Following this consultation exercise we will collate all comments and submit them as part of the forthcoming planning applications, in line with national and local guidance.

It is anticipated that the full planning application will be submitted to the local planning authority in December.

Once the applications are submitted and validated by the Local Planning Authority, you will also have the opportunity to send your comments to North Yorkshire Council via their Public Access website.
